A Handy Reminder: There Was Life Prior to Gaming

Sony seems to be about 3700+ days behind the curve when it comes to this whole Y2K bug, but according to a bunch of reported issues with non-Slim PS3’s today, there seems to be a fundamental issue with 2010 not being a leap year.  Now most of the actual causes are of course, only known by devs at Sony, but damned if the internet doesn’t have everything figured out automatically.  According to the latest info straight from Sony, they’re hoping that everything will be wrapped up in 24 hours.  Before you go all WTFOMGZORZ on me due to the lack of your daily digital additction, remember that there was a time when fresh air was a good thing, talking to someone without a device was truly being connected, and that you’re hopefully mature enough to show some patience.  I’m sure Sony will figure it out.  At the very worst, maybe they’ll just offer new machines through a warranty instead of fixing the real problem.  No company would ever do that.  Ever.  I swear.

The author Scott, spends too much time talking about games, and not enough time playing them.
