So after the glorious success of the Zombie Island DLC for Borderlands, it was an understatement to say that I was excited at the release of the second installment of DLC for this wonderful title. Here comes another holiday deal for you. From now until Christmas day (12/25), you’ll be able to download the Shatter soundtrack for a minimum donation price of $1. With the advent of iPhone apps costing more than that for much less entertainment, this is a dollar well worth the money. Shatter has a very definitive score, and any fan of electronic and trance music is bound to love it – if you don’t already. If you share my desire to avoid it, you can be distracted by other titles in the series. Square Enix is looking for Beta testers for the next, supposedly greatly improved FF MMO experience, XIV, and you can find a sign up at here. If you get selected and I don’t, let me know, because I will secretly and potentially curse your name to the high heavens of the chocobo gods. On the other hand, if you’re looking for the older, much more grindy version – you can get the complete FF XI experience through Steam right now for $11.
